Viva La Diffe’rence

The Courtyard Gallery presents “Viva La Diffe’rence” Saturday October 7th & Sunday October 8th,

12:00-5:00 both days.  We will be featuring three very different extraordinary artists.

New to the gallery, Marty McKiernan has had a love for stained glass as long as he can remember.  When he and his wife moved back to Michigan from California, they decided to build a new home.  Marty jumped at a chance to be trained in stained glass and to incorporate meaningful pieces into their home.  The rich vibrant colors of glass Marty uses catch the sun rays bending and reflecting light that adds subtle color and warmth to their surroundings.

Taking  a full year to create, Birdie McElroy’s new body work titled, “Ode to Love”, is now ready for viewing.  A gallery favorite, her new paintings are a combination of collage, color and incorporate writings expressing her love of warmth and passion.  Birdies collage paintings have always attracted many art collectors because they speak to the heart.

Saturday Only  The gallery looks forward to the return of Daniel Stevens with many of his new abstract photographic images. For over 40 years, Daniel has devoted himself to developing  his unique photography style.  A style that now opens the doors to tomorrows potentials.

Daniel’s favorite subject is forested areas with extraordinary evolving colors and transforming illumination.
